MAGNOLIA

This project was a new home build. The clients wanted to fill this home with custom cabinetry to fit all their requirements. With a full home of custom cabinetry the clients wanted a clean, sleek, timeless look while feeling warm and inviting.

Cabinetry: MDF875 – 1″ Rail MDF, American White, V106 Clear Alder Briar, MDF875 -1″ Rails MDF, Seal Salt (Laundry)

Appliances: Fulgor Milano 36″ gas range top, Fulgor Milano Distinto double wall oven, Fulgor Milano microwave drawer, Fulgor Milano 36″ french door fridge, Blomberg 24″ dishwasher, Cavavin double door beverage centre and Falmec built in range hood

LAKESHORE DRIVE

This brand new build on Lakeshore features our custom cabinetry. The client’s style was scandinavian. We used the colour scheme of an off white, wood, and blue. This home features clean sleek modern floating vanities. 

Cabinetry:  MDF875 – 1” Rail MDF, American white, Hale Navy island & Natural Walnut 

Appliances:  Fulgor Milano 30” dual fuel range, single wall oven, and built-in microwave, along with our Blomberg dishwasher and Falmec range hood. 

Plumbing Fixtures: Quila – PD sink, Jackson Faucet, Kasu -SI vanity sinks, Baker Chrome vanity faucets.

LAMBERT ISLAND

This project was a kitchen renovation. It had the original oak cabinetry and was not functional for our client. When in the process of designing the new kitchen it was important that we made it functional and modern. The client wanted to incorporate her dining room table with the kitchen. 

Cabinetry: MFP440 MDF, American white and Hale Navy island. 

Appliances: 36” Fulgor Milano cooktop, 30” double ovens, microwave drawer and falmec range hood. 

Plumbing Fixture: Pearl Lucas 2 faucet & Hana ER sink

OLIVER ROAD

We love challenges and this kitchen was one of them. This client came to us knowing she wanted a ladder incorporated into her kitchen and we made it happen. We transformed this kitchen space by turning the main floor laundry room into a butler’s pantry and closed in a doorway to create this beautiful and spacious kitchen. 

Cabinetry: MFP663 MDF, Diamond Frost with Light Grey Glaze 

Appliances: 36”  Fulgor Milano gas range top, 30” double ovens, microwave drawer, Faber scirocco lux downdraft, Blomberg dishwasher and Cavavin bar fridge.

ROBINSON DRIVE

No kitchen is too small to make it functional. This kitchen renovation goal was to create a more functional space without removing walls. We relocated the sink, fridge and range in order to be able to make the space more functional for this family. 

Cabinetry: LP111, Melamine, Diva

VERADALE ROAD

This main floor gut allowed us to create the perfect open concept kitchen. We incorporated a custom window bench seat along with a custom desk to allow for extra storage while keeping it a part of the kitchen space.

Appliances: 36” Fulgor Milano induction cooktop, 30” double ovens, microwave drawer, Blomberg dishwasher, Falmec Scirocco lux downdraft.

River Terrace

 

This beautifully done new build is now 7 years old. This design was purposely created to be timeless and modern. This job featured an entire home of cabinetry from the kitchen, fireplace builtins, washrooms, mudroom, laundry room, closets and more. This home turned out functional, timeless and met all the clients expectations.

Lawrence Road

 

This kitchen renovation features a sleek European kitchen. This project consisted of taking down a wall between the old kitchen and dining room to create a much larger kitchen. A unique feature about this space is how we connected the kitchen table to the island to create additional seating while also having a traditional dining table still.
